Ginger Lime Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1 lb, chicken breasts, cut into strips.5 cup lime juice.25 cup honey2 tbsp soy sauce2 cloves garlice, chopped1 inch piece ginger root, peels and chopped1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepperpinch of crush red pepper
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken. Put in a large ziplock bag. Add the chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours, but no longer. The lime juice will start to cook the chicken, and leave it with an odd texture.

Cook the fingers in the broiler or grill for 5 minutes on each side.
