Mrs B's Banana Bread

Ingredients
2.5-3 overripe bananas1 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking sodadash of salt1 egg1/4 cup margarine
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add Flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and egg.

2. Melt butter in microwave, add it to the bowl and stir.

3. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 75 minutes.
