Chicken Fajita Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast - boneless/skinless 16ozCarrots 2c choppedCelery 4 ribsOnion - 1 largeGreen Bell Pepper - 1Red Bell Pepper - 1Black Beans - 1 16 oz canDiced Tomatoes - 1 lg can 28 ozTaco Seasoning - l pktBrown Rice - 1c
Directions
Boil chicken breast in large pot to make broth for soup about 20 min.

Meanwhile chop up all veggies.

When chicken is cooked remove from pot and add raw veggies, 1 cup of rice and taco seasoning packet to broth.

Chop up chicken into bite size pieces and return to pot.

Cook approx 40 min

Serve with reduced fat sour cream and chopped green onions (not included in calories).
