Buckwheat Soba Noodles with Peas

Ingredients
Directions
2 oz of Buckwheat soba noodles or whole wheat spaghetti1/2 cup of frozen peas1/4 cup of edamame1 scallion, sliced1/2 tbsp of sesame oil1 tbsp of soy sauce
1) Prepare soba noodles according to the directions on the package
2) Microwave the frozen peas and edamame until warm
3) Roughly slice scallion and add to prepared peas and edamame
4) In small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil and soy sauce until well blended
5) Drain noodles and mix together with dressing and veggies.
3) Chill in fridge and eat as a side or alone as a salad.
