Ingredients
Poppy seed, 2 tbsp Orange Juice, 1/4 cuplemon juice, 1 tablespoonOrange Peel, 1 tsp lemon peel, 1 tablespoonEgg white, 8 Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 16 oz Whole Wheat Flour, 3 tablespoonsSplenda, granular, 8 oz milk nonfat dry 1/3 cupLiqueurs: 80 proof (Grand Marnier) 1oz water 3/4 cup
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and splenda until smooth. Dissolve dry milk powder in 3/4 cup water. Add milk, orange juice, lemon juice, orange and lemon peel, grand marnier,flour and poppy seeds to cream cheese mixture and mix until well blended. Add egg whites and beat at low speed until just combined. Pour into olve oil sprayed deep pie plate or springform pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 min until center is just set. cool for an hour then
remove from pan and chill before serving.
