Ed's Polenta & Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups yellow corn meal2 cups grated cheese1 teas salt6 1/3 cups water
Directions
12 servings

Bring water to a boil and add salt.

Reduce heat to medium and water shimmers with the heat.

Add corn meal in a thin stream and stir continually for 20 minutes.

Add grated cheese to the corn meal and blend.

Pour mixture into a lightly oiled tray approx 9 by 14 and refrigerate until it hardens.

Cut into sections 12, season with herbs and grill.
