Easy Chicken Casserole

3 cups cooked and cubed chicken breast1 10-3/4 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 tbs poppy seeds35 (one sleeve) Ritz whole wheat crackers, crushed1/4 cup Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend, melted
1. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and poppy seeds in bowl. Mix well.
2. Spoon mixture into a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish, lightly coated with cooking spray.
2. Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter blend and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
4. Makes 8 servings.
