Ingredients
Ingredients:Cucumber (peeled), 2 large (8-1/4" long) (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Lemons, 2 fruit without seeds used for juice squeeze as much as you like over cucumbers (remove)
Directions
Peel the cucumber or not and cut up into bite size pieces and place in a serving size dish or cup. Sprinkle desired amount of chili powder and salt over. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and some of the fruit of the lemon over the cucumbers to desired amount. Stir it up and eat it and enjoy. Best served chilled. Serves about 2 from this recipe but you can always make more as you need it.
