Ingredients
2 qt lobster stock ( liquid made when boiling lobster)12 oz lobster meat2 c fat free half and half 4 cups non fat milk2 stalks celery1 large onion 1 large potato2 TBSP buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil lobster, reserve 2 quarts of stock. Shell lobster cut up 12 oz meat
take 2 qts stock, milk and half and half, add lobster and vegetables. salt and pepper, simmer 1 hour serves 8
