Ingredients
2 bags Pop Secret 94% fat free butter popcorn, popped6 TBSP Blue Bonnet3 TBSP Karo Light Corn Syrup1 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup and brown sugar. When sugar is dissolved & turns a caramel color, remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir until thick & foamy (about 2 minutes). Pop the bags of popcorn and cut off tops. Pour caramel over and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour into a serving bowl. Toss to coat well. Makes 16 1-cup servings.
