Salmon Spread

Ingredients
12 oz. wild caught salmon, cooked and flaked8 oz. light cream cheese1/2 c. light sour cream2 large scallions, finely choppedTabasco to taste1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke. Fold in the flaked salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes about 24 quarter cup servings.
