1/2 lb box of pastaany jar pasta sauceitalian sausage(can omit if you want)1 cup of ricotta1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
Cook Pasta, rinse place in large bowl.
Cook sausage drain grease(using less sausage or no sausage is fine too)
Combine pasta, sauce, ricotta and sausage. Place in square baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 min
