Asian Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 breast chicken cut in halves (6 oz) eachsalt and pepper4 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp Maggi Sauce (soy sauce)4 tbsp Honey1 head garlic (about 10 cloves cut in half)1 lemon sliced with peel1/4 cup water1 tbsp fresh thyme1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions
1. In large skillet add oil and heat on Med/Med High. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken to skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes, browning (turning) each piece.

2. Add garlic clove halves, maggi sauce and honey to pan, make sure to get chicken all over in the sauces. I turn it a few times to get a good coat of sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.

3. Add water and lay slices of lemon on top of the chicken in the pan. Put lid on and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.

4. Season the chicken with thyme and parsley. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked all the way through.
