Beef and Swiss chard sauce

Ingredients
Garlic, Green onions, two larges bunches of swiss chard, chopped, including stems. 1 can diced tomatos, 2 3/4 cups baby carrots, three bouilion cubes, herbs to suit, 1 pound lean ground beef
Directions
Fry everything but the chard leaves, bouilion, and tomatoes together until the carrots can be cut with the side of a spoon then stir in the bouilion and canned tomatoes. Pile the chard leaves on top and cover to steam for about 5 minutes then stir it all together. Top with salt and Parmasan cheese as desired.
