1 pack of frozen shrimp (14 oz)2 whole zucchini's sliced to desired thickness1 yellow bell pepper sliced1 red pepper sliced1/2 red onion sliced12 spears of fresh asparagus1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp basil1 tbsp oregano1 tsp crushed garlicsalt and pepper to taste6 whole wheat tortillas
First things first, you need to have a grill basket of some sort because of the small ingredients being put on the BBQ pit. Mine is called a BBQ wok and is shaped much like a real wok with holes in it. Basically, get the BBQ pit going and then cut all of your vegetables to desired thickness. Combine all vegetables and shrimp onto a big plate. Split in half to make 2 batches to avoid overfilling basket. Spray the grill basket with the olive oil. Grill ingredients and season with all of the seasonings to taste. Take off the grill and roll in tortillas. Makes 6 generous size wraps that fill up this big guy. Enjoy.
