This is an excellent dessert. The nutrition info is inaccurate. CoolWhip Free has 15 calories per serving with 25 servings per container. 15 x 25/6= 62.5 cal per ser just for the Cool Whip. When you add the Jell-o's @ 7 cal for 6 servings for the jello and 16 cal for the pudding mix is 85.5 cal - 6/7/10

The Sugarfree fat free van. pudding box is 1 oz not 1.4 oz. so it only made 5 cups. Also the nutritional values are much higher than listed. I used all listed ingredients and mine is 103 calories, 19.8 carbs and 5 sugars per I cup serving. Dividing by 6 would still be 86 cal, 16.5 carbs, 4 sug. - 2/17/14
