2 cups uncooked Kashi seven grain pilaf4 cups progresso chicken broth2 teaspoons lemon grass herb blend paste (found in produce section near herbs)2 teaspoonsgarlic minced in jar1/3 cup coconut milk
Cook kashi grain according to directions substituting chicken broth for water and adding lemon grass herb blend (found in tube in produce section) and garlic. During last five minutes of cooking add coconut milk. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
