Boston Brown Bread with bran and flax

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 Tbs Smart Balance spread1 egg, beaten1/2 cup blackstrap molasses1 1/2 cups milk, non fat1 Tbs. cider vinegar1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup flax seed meal1/4 cup corn meal1/4 cup oat bran1/2 teas salt1 teas baking soda1/2 cup chopped nuts1/2 cup raisins, packed
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Grease a 1 pound coffee can or steaming mold well and pour in batter. Cover with mold lid or tightly wrapped tin foil. Place in pressure cooker with water about 1/2 way up the side of the mold. Cover, vent steam for 10 minutes, then place weight on stem. When up to 10 pounds pressure cook for 40 minutes. Allow pressure cooker to cool enough to lose pressure, remove mold and remove bread from mold while hot. Makes 12 slices.
