2 lb lean (93%) ground beef1 cup chopped onion3 cloves smashed garlic2 15 oz cans organic tomato sauce1 15 oz can fired roasted diced tomatos2 15 oz cans organic pinto beans (drained and rinsed)3 TBS chile powder2 TBS cumin2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp African Cayenne (optional)
Directions
Fry and simmer hamb with onion
Add garlic, simmer
Add canned ingredients
Add spices
Simmer 30 minutes on low
