Chicken-Broccoli Teriyaki

Ingredients
500 gr Turkey breast meat450 gr Broccoli, cooked1 medium Onion, raw (about 15 grams)4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade10 gr Corn Starch2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
1. Dice the turkey breast. Chop the onions.

2. Mix turkey breast dices with 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce.

3. Heat the oil in a teflon covered pan and stir fry the turkey breast and then the onions.

4. When the turkey breast is not pink inside anymore, add the rest of the teriyaki sauce and some water, let it half and add the broccoli.

5. Let it cook for about 3 minutes and then add the corn starch diluted in 1/4 cup of water. Stir very good, so there are no clogs.

6. Wait until the sauce gets a bit thick, that's about 2 minutes.

7. Serve hot.

(Note: if you can allow some more calories, spread sesam seeds before it's ready)
