Irresistible Iced Mocha Drink

- Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients
Directions
16 coffee ice cubes (2 cups coffee in usual tray)2 cups nonfat milk 4 tablespoons half and half cream3 tablespoons powdered sugar2 tablespoons Hershey's sugar-free chocolate syrup2 tbsp aerosol whipped cream (approximate)1 ounce chocolate sprinkles OR Dusting of chocolate powder (optional)
Note: Time of preparation does not include the time necessary to freeze the tray of coffee ice cubes.
First, place the coffee ice cubes in electric blender. Add in this order: 2 cups of cold nonfat milk, the powdered sugar, and then the sugar-free chocolate syrup (Hershey's has no comparison for flavor, so I don't substitute that). Turn on the blender and blend on highest speed (frappe) for approximately one minute, or until mixture is thick and coffee cubes are entirely blended.
Take a moment to taste for individual preferences and add chocolate syrup or any saved cold coffee as desired.
Pour into 10 oz. glass and add sprayed on whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles; or dust with powdered chocolate.
ADDITIONAL TIP: If only one serving used, you may refrigerate remaining drink in the blender container for later use; or you could pour the remainder back in the ice cube tray; freeze again. Later, pop the newly frozen cubes back into the blender and there you are--another serving or two!
