Fast & Fantastic Iced Coffee

1 rounded tsp of instant coffee (regular or decaf)1/2 c. water1 tbsp benefiber2 packets splenda1 tbsp liquid coffee creamer2 c. cold milkice
Place coffee, benefiber and splenda in a container that seals tightly. Add the water, seal and shake! Mixture becomes foamy- that's ok!
Pour the coffee over ice in a large glass. Add the creamer, then add the milk. Enjoy!
Note: If you put the creamer in last, it will sink to the bottom of your glass, so you will need to stir. If you put it in after the coffee, dumping the milk on it has the same effect of stirring without needing a spoon!
