2 lbs fresh asparagus - washed and trimmed1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tsp minced garliccoarse salt - to tasteLemon wedges
Toss asparagus with olive oil and garlic in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Spread in single layer on pam sprayed cookie sheet. Roast 450° - 13-17 min. Till edges of asparagus start to brown. Sprinkle with salt and fresh lemon juice before serving.
