Ingredients
Plum Tomatoes, 8 tomatoes, cored and diced 1/4 inch.Garlic, 4 cloves finely chopped Basil, 10 leaves finely choppedOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 6 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. After 24 hours, drain off any excess liquid to prevent sogginess.
