feta & Spinach omelet

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 egg w/yoke2 spinach leaves1/4 tomato1/4 onion1 garlic clove
Directions
chop garlic & onion into preferred size, sautee in 1 tbsp of olive oil, mix egg whites and egg w/yoke w/two tbsp of water, salt and pepper. Spray pan and poor mixture in. While omelet is setting prepare tomato. Once omelet is ready, toss spinach in pan w/onions and garlic to wilt a little. Spread feta, spinach onion and garlic, and tomato onto omelet, fold and serve.
