Tuna Salad with Capers

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water, drained1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped2 tbsp Mayonnaise, light1 tsp Dijon Mustard1 large egg, hardboiledpepper to taste
Directions
Hardboil the egg. In the meantime chop the capers, drain the tuna and mix mayo and mustard in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add pepper to taste.
This is great for sandwiches.
