Corn Flake Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
24 oz boneless chick breast trimmed of all fat.2 egg whites3 cups corn flakes1 tsp salt.5 tsp black pepperyour favorite no salt seasoning. Olive oil spray
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 oz pieces.
Beat egg whites in large bowl with about a tsp of salt free seasoning.
Crush corn flakes, 1.5 c at a time in a larg zip lock bag and toss with 1/2 the salt and pepper.
Toss chicken in with egg whites.
Mix 1/2 the chicken with 1/2 the crushed corn flakes in the baggie, and shake to coat. Repeat with 2nd half.
Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil spray and arrange the chicken pieces on the cookie sheet, and spray chicken also.
Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes - until chicken is cooked through.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
