Ingredients
1 1/3 cups riceOne can tomato sauceOne can water (use tomato sauce can)One 16oz. package of Polish sausage (can use smoked sausage or other type)One small onion, choppedOne Green Pepper, choppedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan, cover, and bake at 350F for one hour.

    perfect...you can also cook it stove top...bring all to a boil on high, cut down to low and cover....just be careful it does not scorch... - 7/27/10
