Shrimp and Veggie Roll Ups

Ingredients
12 Flat Out Flatbread Multigrain w/flax 2 miniature yellow bell peppers (sliced into strips)2 miniature red bell peppers (sliced into strips)2 miniature orange bell peppers (sliced into strips)1 Tbsp butter1 bag frozen raw shrimp - big bag3 cups fresh spinach1.5 tbsp Johnny's Garlic Spread & Seasoning
Directions
Melt 1 tbsp of butter and toss in peppers and shrimp. Add garlic seasoning and cook until shrimp are done and peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Brush each flat bread with liquid from pan and put 1/4 cup spinach in each, add peppers and shrimp (keep to the middle). Roll up flatbread.
