Easy Graham Cracker Cheesecake

Ingredients
Graham Crackers, Low Fat8 oz fat free cream cheese2 Tbs Lemon Juice1 cup skim milk1 box instant sugar free, no fat vanilla pudding8 oz containr of Light Cool Whip
Directions
cream together cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix in milk and instant pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Line 9x13 pan with cracker sheets(approx. 7.5). Spread half of cheesecake mixture over graham crackers. Repeat layer of graham crackers and cheesecake mix. Refrigerate overnight so that graham crackers can soften. You may add fresh friut or pie filling on top, but that is not figured into nutrition info. Makes 24 servings
