Chocolate chip Pudding cookies

*Flour, white, 3.5 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove)Semisweet chocolate, 2 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)*imitation vanilla flavoring, 1.5 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked (remove)*Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (not prepared), 170 gram(s) (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (remove)
Combine butter, sugar, and pudding mix. Beat eggs until creamy. Gradually stir in mixture, and then stir in flour and baking soda. Add chips last. Bake at 350 degrees until light and brown.
for me i like them to be cooked about 10 to 12 minutes. and i scooped 1 table spoons full and got 62 cookies.

These sound very different, with the vanilla pudding. Do you think I could substitute whole wheat flour,brown splenda and a healthy margarine? I'd like to make it a little bit healthier. - 8/13/09

i use margarine. and the cookies still taste great they just dont spread out as much. but yes i think you cold make it a bit more healthy i have never used the brown splenda but if its like brown sugar i dont see why it wouldnt work. my kid likes to use chocolate or banana pudding.
