Sweet and Sour Chicken balls

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (cubed)*Flour, white, 0.75cup ()Baking Powder, 4 tsp ()Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup ()*Canola Oil, 0.5 cup (use 2 cup for frying....about 1.5 cup will remain)Sweet and Sour Sauce, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) ()
Directions
Cubc chicken and dredge in .25 cup flour
mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder and milk
thin to desired consistance with water
dip floured chicken chunks in the batter and fry in oil for about 5 min/side. remove to paper towel to drain
work in small batches and keep warm in a low oven
when all chicken is fryed toss with sweet and sour sauce.
