the best tartare sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp Helmanns mayonnaise, 1 or 2 tbsp capers, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 tomato, 1tsp red onion finely chopped, garlic and parsley in moderation.
Directions
hard boil the egg for 10minutes.
While the egg is boiling, finely chop tomatoes, capers, onions (half a tsp), add garlic and parsley if you wish. then when the egg is de-shelled, finely chop and add to the mixture. mix in the mayonaise and more if you prefer.
