Spicy turkey breakfast sausage

1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean1 tsp salt2 tsp sage1 tsp fennel seed1 tsp thyme1 1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp cayenne1/2 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp ground cloves1/8 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp allspice
Directions
Combine all ingredients (adjust spices to individual taste preferences). If able, refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Form into patties and cook. These freeze very well.

    Great little recipe! I added a bit more spice to make mine even spicier. Then scooped out small cookie size scoops and baked them in the oven turning them half way. They made the best little meatballs! Will def make again and again! - 12/7/20
