Ingredients
2 cans (3 cups) cooked chickpeas (garbanzos); reserve some of the liquidjuice of 1 lemon2-3 cloves garlic1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Blend all together, using enough of the chickpea liquid to make it the texture you like it. Makes four 3/4-cup servings.
