Green tea smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 to 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder (a definite superfood, just read the research)1 cup 2% milk2/3 cup Water2 tbsp Splenda1/2 Cup crushed ice
Directions
In blender caraffe, add Water, Splenda, and Matcha Green tea powder. Let sit 30 seconds. Add ice and milk and blend until frothy.
(Use only Matcha Green Tea. Lower quality green tea powder works but does not froth well and does not have as fabulous a taste or nutrition profile)
