Ingredients
assemble in layers the following ingredientssteamed cabbage shredded, then green beans covering the cabbage layer followed by beansprouts (tail and head removed) The snow peas are arranged over this followed by boiled potato slices. We now add the *peanut sauce like icing on a cake Decorate now with slice boiled eggs and crisp fried onion rings. Serve cold*all veggies are steamed*Peanut sauce: mix the peanut butter with warm water, add salt to taste, lemon juice to taste and finally soy sauce.
Directions
1-cup serving per person. Increase ingredients as needed or decrease to serve one. Leftovers need to be refridgerated
