1 medium ripe banana10 large frozen strawberries1 cup frozen green grapes1 cup fresh blueberries1 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt1 can diet Sprite zero
Place all the frozen fruit in the blender. Add half the can of Sprite. Turn on blender to puree. Stop blender and add yogurt , blueberries andthe rest of the Sprite. Blend until the desired consistancy. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Maybe topped with a squirt of non-fat whipped cream and a sprig of mint. This makes 5 - 8 oz. glasses of smoothies.
