1 box cake mix (any type of chocolate)1 15 oz. can pumpkin (plain) 3/4 cup water1 egg white
Use any brand cake mix. Pour canned pumpkin and cake mix in mixing bowl. Add water and egg white. Follow directions on cake box for mixing instructions.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake according to cake box instructions.
Slice into 12 pieces.
Can be served with fresh berries or decorated with powdered sugar.
