Ingredients
* *Sarah Lee 45 Calorie Delightful Wheat Bread, 12 slices * Milk, nonfat, 4 cup * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .67 cup * Egg, fresh, 4 large, BEATEN * Butter, salted, 4 tbsp * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Warm milk, dissolve cocoa into milk. Add sugar and eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees. Regular bread pudding recipe suggests 40 minutes; ours went about 55 min before firm. Check after 40 min. You might be able to reduce the milk and shorten the baking time.

Servings are about 1/2 cup.
