Sesame Spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
6 oz Baby Spinach20 oz cooked pasta (I use rotini)2 tbsp. sesame seeds1 tbsp. sesame oil2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar (I use garlic seasoned)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Chill pasta in fridge for 1 hr.
Combine spinach, pasta, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Mix sesame oil and vinegar and pour over spinach/pasta mixturee. Toss to combine.

Recipe makes 8 servings. Each serving is 3.5 oz.
