Italian Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
3 - 5 lb beef roast, lean or well trimmed5 oz pepperoncini plus liquid (about 1/2 of 10 oz jar)1 pkg soup mixWater
Directions
Trim meat if necessary and put in crock pot cooker. Sprinkle soup mix over meat and add peppers and liquid. Add enough water to almost completely cover meat. Cook until meat is falling apart done. Shred meat by pulling apart with two forks. Serve a generous portion on a 6 in. deli roll (hoagie bun).
