I'm always looking for new ways to serve leftover turkey and chicken, and this one is a winner. I also used some chicken broth and leftover gravy towards the total water. For seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of each spice tasted just right to us. Thanks for a great and easy recipe. - 7/27/11

Delicious and easy to make. I used the turkey broth, left over gravy and chicken broth towards the 8 c of water. Whole wheat noodles. - 1/4/11
