Ingredients
1.5 ground almonds.5 cup country crock spread1 cup splenda-3tbls.(for topping)1/4 cup egg beaters .5 tsp. vanilla.25 tsp. backing soda.25 tsp. cream of tarter-------------------------------- coating mix:2 tblsp. splenda1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
mix all together
refrigerate 1 hour
roll into balls
roll balls in cinnamon mix.
bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
makes about 20 cookies
