BLT Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
Macaroni, whole-wheat, cup elbow shapedGreen Onion - 5 finely choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole diced (3" dia)Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, 1.25tbspHeinz Distilled White Vinegar, 1.666tbspSalt, 0.25tspPepper, black, 0.125tspBacon, 1 pound, cooked and drained well then chopped and chilledCelery, raw, 1.25 cup, dicedRomaine Lettuce (salad), 12 inner leaf
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, green onions, tomato, and celery.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
JUST BEFORE SERVING: Add Bacon

To serve 100, multiply by 8
