Italian Style Tilapia

Ingredients
4 4 oz. Tilapia filets1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese1/2 tsp Paprika1/2 tsp. Oregano1 egg white2/3 cup Contadina Italian Style Bread Crumbsnonstick cooking spray
Directions
1. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
2. Dip the fillet in egg white and dredge through the bread crumb mixture, completely coating the fillet.
3. Place the fillets on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Cook in a 450 degree oven for 10-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
