Ingredients
2 cups brown rice3/4 cup of chopped peppers30 grams of sundriend tomatoes4 tbsps of spring onions2 tbsps of olive oil30 grams of cheese100 grams of baconsalt
Directions
cook rice
saute other ingredients
when rice is cooked mix through other ingredients and grate cheese into it. Stir and make into patties roll in breadcrumbs. Refrigrate.
Cook slowly in non-stick pan until crisp on each side and hot through. Approx 20 mins
