Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook * Lime Juice, 1 lime yields * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 142 grams * *Great Value Medium Chunky Salsa, 28 tbsp * Best choice seasoned black beans, 1.75 cup * best choice whole wheat torillas 8inch, 15 serving * *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 7.5 tbsp * *Great Value Mild Chedder Cheese, 3.75 oz * Serrano pepper 1
Directions
Place chicken, lime, and salsa in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. add Black beans, corn and serrano pepper and cook on high for .5-1 hour. Serve on tortilla with sour cream and cheese if desired. (all of these are included in nutritional value.)
