Colorful Canned Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 bushel of Tomatoes (a FULL 5 gallon bucket) (peeled and chopped)5 Jalapeno Peppers (more or less depending on how hot you like it) (chopped finely)4 large Onions (chopped)1 bulb garlic (take each clove and push through garlic press) 3 banana peppers (chopped finely)2 - 4 T. vinegar (to taste)3 T. salt (more or less)1 orange bell pepper (chopped finely)5 small cans tomato paste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients as directed and put in a big pot. Bring to a boil, turn off. Ladle hot salsa into CLEAN jars, put on hot lids and rings, and process in canner at 5 pounds pressure for 12 minutes. Each serving is approximately 3/4 cup of salsa.
