Quick and Easy Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas!

Ingredients
(4) 10 inch Flour Tortillas(1) large boneless skinless chicken breastabout 1 cup of Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing about 2 cups of Fat Free Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Directions
Prepare the chicken by cutting into bite sized cubes.

In a medium sized pan, place chicken and Italian Dressing into the pan.
(you probably don't need this much dressing, i depends on how much chicken. use your judgement.)

Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring often.

Set chicken aside while you preheat the oven to 350.

Prepare a cookie sheet by placing aluminum foil over it (for an easy clean up).

Place four tortillas on the pan and sprinkle desired amount of cheese on them. Distribute chicken evenly on half of each tortilla, add any additional toppings you may want (you can add veggies)

Fold the tortillas in half and place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Check often to prevent burning.
